Investment in staff training is essential,
which is why all our service engineers receive regular in-house
and manufacturer training. All are trained by Lloyds in lift
operations and lifting equipment regulations.
At Nasus, we appreciate, a forklift out
of action can lead to a down turn in production. That is why
we offer a service response facility that is not only quick
to attend, but equipped to return your machine to action promptly.
Within
the areas of Shropshire, Powys and Clwyd we can guarantee
a response within four working hours, however our average
response time to those more urgent breakdowns is 2.5 hours.
Full contracts offering a thorough service
programme to manufacturer standards are available and will
ensure that your machine is serviced regularly and that it
adheres to all the necessary LOLER regulations. All service
work is accompanied by a written report.

Incentives are offered for those customers who take out a
service contract with Nasus, such as reduced labour and call-out
rates together with fixed service costs. |
